Paris Artisan Baker
I've never been to Paris, so this might translate to be a little ignorant, but when I think of Paris I think of bread! I love the smell of bread, even though I can't eat it because I'm allergic to wheat. I was very honoured to take part in the Gallery Arludik exhibition, and I hope to visit this famous city one day!

Minette Magnifique
Here is some art I did for a burlesque troupe called Minette Magnifique, which has a French word in the name, and hey, they speak French in Paris, right? This is so within the terms of the weekly theme.

Mexican
This lady is celebrating Cinco De Mayo circa 1985! Living in Australia, I had never heard of Cinco De Mayo, but it seems to be huge in America as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. The costumes are brilliant, and I think the closest thing in Australia we have to Cinco De Mayo celebrations are the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras!

Miss Liberté
Of course as French we feel always proud when we talk about Lady Liberty as a symbol of New York. Thank you Mr Eiffel for all your hard work!!!

Libertas
The Statue of Liberty was a gift from France in 1886, and represents Libertas, the Roman goddess of Freedom. I had lots of fun giving her a new pose, she doesn't move much otherwise!
