Extra! Extra! Paigey's in the paper!!

Hi everybody!! NYC GDG member Paigey here!!

While at MoCCA Fest last month I had the pleasure of meeting Holly Wilensky, aka The Dress Recycler who is a fashion blogger for The Queens Ledger up here in NYC, as well as The Brooklyn Star, Queens Examiner, LIC/Astoria Journal, Forest Hills Times and Greenpoint Gazette! She really dug my crazy 'convention drag' and my pinup art work so we got together on the phone after the dust of MoCCA Fest had settled and I told her what I was all about for the Local Designer Spotlight!

Brooklyn artists and Fleas and new art

This Saturday, April 30th, Paigey and I will have a booth at Brooklyn Artists and Fleas in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where we will be selling all sorts of cool stuff including prints, jewelery, greeting cards and more. The show goes from 10am - 7pm. Come check us out!

Paigey's Making Lipstick Cases!

NYC-based GDG member Paigey has recently collaborated with Baltimore accessory company Bitchcraft Apparel to create custom handmade lipstick/stash cases featuring her artwork! They're still in the early production stage, but from these early looks they are turning out to be really cute! Each one will be unique with sequin/studded trim around the top artwork as well as around the mirror inside! They're perfect for 2 tubes of lipstick (or something a little more illicit-wink wink!). Look for them soon at both Paigey's and GDG's etsy storefronts, as well as at the various convention artist alley tables they both will be in attendance of. They'll be going for $20 each and we'll keep you posted of when the first batch will be finished and available for sale.
