My kingdom for a scanner! I usually just use the scanners here at school but it's Sunday so nevermind!! Thank goodness for Photobooth on Mac. I wanted to share a work in progress with you guys and this is easily the most feminine thing I've ever drawn. I'd love to hear any comments or critiques.

What medium are you working in? I love the background, the deep red and black really makes the figure pop.
It's pastel and colored pencil with some use of black ink pen for darker fine details. I smear down the pastels and refine with the pencils. It's in a sketchbook with black paper
